Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to join their team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures for billing support, account follow-up, and reimbursement collections
• Act as a liaison between clients and clinicians regarding insurance and billing inquiries
• Resolve problem accounts and payer denials while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Adherence to HIPAA privacy standards and regulations
• Ability to manage client accounts and payment collections accurately
• Remote position; priority given to applicants from Central Oregon
