Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Resolution Specialist to manage end-to-end claim resolution for timely and accurate reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the resolution of rejected, denied, and held claims, ensuring appropriate documentation and medical necessity support
• Research and appeal denied claims while maintaining accountability for assigned claim inventories
• Serve as a client-facing resource for billing inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to support claim research and appeals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle, or claims resolution
• Experience resolving denied claims and working directly with insurance plans
• Knowledge of medical billing processes and proficiency with electronic health records and billing systems
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
