Job Summary

Managing inbound and outbound call volume, the full-time Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Claim Prep & File Call Team Representative will verify patient demographics and insurance information, assist with pre-billing inquiries, and collaborate with team members to achieve goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage, including health insurance and third-party liability
• Assist patients by answering pre-billing questions and updating transport records with new information
• Identify patient needs, clarify information, and research issues to provide effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a call center environment
• Intermediate knowledge of computers and related technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma, GED, or significant relevant work experience
• Excellent customer service skills and adaptability to different personality types
