Job Summary
To support a 12-week remote project, an experienced Medical Billing & Coding Specialist will review and validate AI-generated coding outputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated medical billing and coding recommendations
- Identify coding errors and discrepancies while providing feedback to improve AI model performance
- Annotate and classify medical records for AI training purposes, adhering to HIPAA standards
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards
- Experience in claims processing and healthcare reimbursement
- Ability to evaluate claim workflows and reimbursement outcomes
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards
