Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle, the full-time Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Commercial Specialist will manage billing processes, verify claim statuses, and communicate with patients and payers, with the flexibility to work remotely or on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patient records and gather necessary information for billing
• Follow up on claims and communicate with payers to ensure maximum reimbursement
• Meet departmental production goals while identifying trends in claim rejections and denials

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of medical billing experience
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of navigating insurance payor portals
• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
