Job Summary
Responsible for the timely submission of transport and facility records, the full-time Revenue Cycle Medical Billing Specialist will work remotely to manage claims, address denials, and ensure compliance with billing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Meet daily and monthly departmental production goals to support financial objectives
- Identify and communicate trends in recurring denials or records requests
- Document all account activity accurately and recommend process improvements
Required qualifications
- Fluent in English with a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in medical billing
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Intermediate knowledge of computers and related technology
- High school diploma, GED, or significant relevant work experience
