Medical Billing Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Medical Billing Supervisor will manage a team of billers, ensuring efficient revenue cycle management and compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of billing staff, ensuring timely and accurate professional billing
• Resolve claim issues and maintain customer relations to maximize reimbursement for member clients
• Conduct quality reviews and provide training, coaching, and development for the billing team

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
• 5 years of healthcare experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or project leadership role
• Experience with EPIC practice management system and PB Claims preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare billing systems and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills
