Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate insurance websites for claims status, EOBs, and eligibility
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorization, and advise patients on financial responsibility
• Respond to outstanding A/R, research payer practices, and post payments

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in medical billing
• Medical billing certificate preferred
• Efficient organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to new responsibilities in a growing industry
• Ability to work independently with systematic troubleshooting techniques
