Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / Quality Assurance Analyst for a work-at-home position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on the quality of transactions regularly
  • Provide structured curriculum and one-on-one training for ongoing performance improvement
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify and address performance issues

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in denial management/AR Collection, Pre-Reg, Auth for US Healthcare process
  • Proficiency in EPIC software
  • Familiarity with Denial Management, Pre-Reg, Auth and PFCC processes
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry billing and reimbursement procedures
  • Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm
