Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / Quality Assurance Analyst for a work-at-home position.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on the quality of transactions regularly
Provide structured curriculum and one-on-one training for ongoing performance improvement
Collaborate with supervisors to identify and address performance issues

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years experience in denial management/AR Collection, Pre-Reg, Auth for US Healthcare process
Proficiency in EPIC software
Familiarity with Denial Management, Pre-Reg, Auth and PFCC processes
Knowledge of healthcare industry billing and reimbursement procedures
Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm
