Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
- Triaging inbound calls for multiple facilities and managing daily provider schedules
- Document inbound/outbound calls accurately and relay schedule changes to staff and management
Required Qualifications
- Approximately one year of office experience in a medical setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Ability to handle stress and conflict effectively
- Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
