Job Summary

Providing essential support to acute care service facilities, the part-time Medical Call Center Representative will triage inbound calls, manage provider schedules, and facilitate communication between hospital staff and providers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
  • Triage inbound calls for multiple TeamHealth facilities and document call details accurately
  • Manage daily provider schedules and relay any schedule changes to staff and management
Required qualifications
  • Approximately one year of office experience in a medical setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle stress and conflict effectively
