Medical Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient care, the full-time Medical Call Specialist will provide telephone support to patients regarding their stoma management and related medical inquiries, working remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Hamburg.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide telephone consultations to patients on medical questions related to structured care programs for stoma and continence management
• Conduct regular monitoring of stoma patients to identify potential risks and motivate them to adhere to their therapy
• Document patient interactions in the customer database and organize follow-up activities independently

Required qualifications:

• Completed training in a medical field, such as nursing, emergency services, or dietary consulting, preferably with a focus on stoma and continence management
• Medical knowledge from relevant educational backgrounds is essential
• Experience in clinical settings is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in German, with good English language skills
