Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Care Navigator to provide front-office support to clinical teams delivering care through in-home and virtual visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and other forms of communication, routing messages to appropriate care team members
  • Support medical records management, including processing faxes and maintaining patient documents
  • Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and coordination of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • 1+ year of call center experience or equivalent work experience
  • Certified/registered Medical Assistant or relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in telephony and medical record systems, with knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
