Medical Case Management Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Case Management Assistant - Referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up members within the case management system and process referrals promptly
• Assist with incoming calls and monitor dedicated referral emails for new referrals
• Maintain daily/monthly referral logs and identify trends in referral patterns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; medical or managed care background preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical or managed care environment preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Experience in healthcare-related fields
• Ability to work proficiently in various computer systems
