Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Case Manager Virtual Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and appointments
Request, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation
Assist in preparing medical summaries and chronologies

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury Case Management or Medical Case Management within a law firm
Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment processes, and billing
Experience handling medical records, providers, and liens
Case Management software experience is a major plus
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
