Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, investigate, negotiate, process, and adjust claims
• Analyze trends and provide necessary reports
• Meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards consistently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm MST
