Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the remote Medical Claims Resolution Analyst will review, research, and resolve medical and dental claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Review, research, and resolve medical and dental claims following established processing guidelines
• Analyze claims issues and collaborate with internal departments for timely resolution
• Communicate claim status and workload updates to leadership and business partners as needed

Required qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare insurance, medical claims processing, or related healthcare operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
