Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Claims Biller-Unpostables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage unpostables by researching and resolving unmatched records, reconciliation of claims, and denial management
• Analyze and manage accounts receivable, including identifying root cause issues and writing rules to prevent errors
• Train internal teams, work with practice consultants, and drive achievement of department KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, Medical Office training certificate, or relevant experience
• 3+ years experience in a medical billing office
• Experience with Athena EMR preferred
• Understanding of revenue cycle optimal performance drivers and ability to investigate complex claims
• Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations
