A company is looking for a Medical Claims Entry Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enters claims data using company computer systems and reassigns claims as per processing guidelines
• Resolves claims with errors by matching them to provider or member records
• Researches and addresses basic claims data issues while identifying and communicating trends

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of data entry experience
• 10-key proficiency of 135 spm net on a numeric keypad
• Typing ability of 35 wpm net
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and understanding of basic claims processing rules
