Key Responsibilities

• Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness, obtaining any missing information
• Prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing
• Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe

Required Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing or claims processing
• Familiarity with insurance payment accuracy and compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using billing software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or finance preferred
