Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process of preparing, validating, and submitting stop loss claims
• Oversee daily team operations and establish workflow and quality standards
• Develop and maintain standardized filing procedures and identify process gaps for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in a related field preferred
• 2-3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• 8+ years of experience in stop loss insurance, medical claims, or health plan operations
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Experience managing external partner relationships
