Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Claims Support I.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and processes claim adjustments for medical lines of business, including overpayment recovery and underpayment adjustments
• Assists with customer service inquiries and provides support through effective communication
• Maintains and monitors unit inventory while ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience in medical claim processing or customer service
• At least 12 months experience as a Processor I or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in claims processing systems, including Facets, Word, and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a professional business image
