Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Claims COB Processor I to investigate and process Coordination of Benefits claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and process COB claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Communicate with claimants and providers to resolve inquiries and issues related to claims
• Review and analyze claims, applying relevant plan concepts and ensuring timely releases

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience in medical claim processing or customer service
• Proficiency in 10-key and typing skills
• Experience with claims processing systems such as Facets, Word, and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional image
