Medical Claims Relations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Claim Relations Associate to manage inquiries related to medical claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Medical Claims Review team, handling inquiries via phone, fax, and email
• Resolve escalated customer service calls and assist in obtaining information regarding PPO networks and vendors
• Conduct data entry of medical bills, audit pended medical bills for accuracy, and process requests for refunds

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Three years of medical office experience
• Successful completion of medical terminology and medical coding courses
• Medical bill coding or auditing experience preferred
• Certified Professional Coder-Payer (CPC-P) designation preferred
