Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Claim Relations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Medical Claims Review team for inquiries via phone, fax, and email
• Resolve escalated customer service calls and assist in processing medical bills and audits
• Communicate with medical providers regarding billing forms, payment status, and appeals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Three years of medical office experience
• Successful completion of medical terminology and medical coding courses
• Certified Professional Coder-Payer (CPC-P) designation preferred
• Prior customer service experience
