Key Responsibilities

• Work on claims that are pending, denied, or incorrectly paid by insurance carriers
• Review and resolve claims that have been put on hold
• Provide necessary information to insurance companies for claim processing and handle correspondence related to claims

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with a basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Experience in a performance-metric-driven environment is preferred
• Ability to manage large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
