A company is looking for a Medical Claims Supervisor to manage and oversee the operational performance of department staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor, and evaluate claims examiners, ensuring timely and compliant claims processing
• Analyze quality review findings to identify and address operational gaps in claims processing
• Prepare and present operational performance data to highlight trends and actionable insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT/ICD codes, and claims adjudication systems
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Previous experience leading and managing claims examiners
• Demonstrated success in leading special projects with impactful results
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively
