Job Summary

Supporting a remote psychiatry team, the full-time Medical Clinical Director will assist with onboarding new clinicians, troubleshoot EHR-related issues, and provide administrative support to ensure effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist psychiatry clinicians with onboarding and account setup
• Troubleshoot EHR-related issues and provide follow-up support on e-prescribing concerns
• Manage high-volume email accounts to address inquiries from psychiatry clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
• 2+ years of remote experience in healthcare services
• EHR system experience (AMD experience preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Highly collaborative with effective written and verbal communication abilities
