Job Summary
To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the full-time temporary Knowledge Expert Coder - Medical will guide research teams, evaluate annotation quality, and directly annotate data, all while working remotely within local hours.
Key responsibilities
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in the medical field
- Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations produced by vendors for training data optimization
- Directly annotate data for key tasks, including writing responses and assessing output quality
Required qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Medicine
- Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude code, and coding in Python or similar languages
- Exceptional analytical abilities to identify trends and evaluate annotation quality
- Demonstrated experience teaching advanced medical concepts
