Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate medical diagnoses and procedures into numerical codes
• Monitor and resolve coding claim rejections and denials
• Provide training and education on billing procedures and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in medical coding or billing
• AHIMA or AAPC Certification required
• Ability to independently code across multiple specialties
• Experience working effectively from home
• 1 year of higher education can substitute for 1 year of related work experience
