Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Medical Coding).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents for coverage and reimbursement to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitors updates and leads the management of requirement interpretation and review processes
• Communicates requirement changes and supports resolution of inconsistencies with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in a managed care organization or health insurance, with medical billing and coding experience
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Office Product Suite
• Experience in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
• Project implementation experience is preferred
