Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Specialist, Payment Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for reimbursement policies and claims processing edits
• Investigate and resolve provider disputes related to claims and payments
• Identify and implement payment integrity opportunities through collaboration and research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in claims processing, coding, or health care operations
• 3+ years of medical coding experience with a relevant certification (e.g., AAPC or AHIMA)
• Experience with reimbursement methodologies and claims processing practices
• 2+ years of experience in deriving business insights from datasets
