Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Insurance Collections Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on unpaid invoices and research denials to convert them
Manage a portfolio of payers to ensure timely processing of collections and aging
Assist with billing efforts by eliminating denials and updating payer rules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical industry with familiarity in medical terminology
High school diploma or GED
