Medical Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Medical Collections Representatives, the full-time Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with policies while working remotely in Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of a team of 15 to 20 Medical Collections Representatives
• Participate in recruitment, training, and staffing functions to maintain adequate staffing levels
• Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience
• 4+ years of Customer Service experience
• 3+ years of Billing or Collections experience
• Proficiency in Patient Revenue Cycle processes
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
