Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Collector (H) to manage patient account collections efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate resolution of patient accounts and verify demographic and insurance information
• Review reimbursements and determine appropriate collection methods
• Pursue insurance carriers through phone calls and document work performed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• General knowledge of office procedures and operations
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and principles
• Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered
