Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collector to support revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research unpaid claims and perform follow-up actions for timely adjudication
• Identify and manage billing for secondary and tertiary insurances
• Document account resolution actions and prioritize workflow to reduce bad debt

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of medical collections experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Proficient in analyzing claims to ensure reimbursement aligns with contractual terms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change
