Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collector to support their revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Research unpaid claims and perform follow-up actions for timely adjudication
• Identify billing actions for secondary and tertiary insurances and document account resolutions
• Prioritize workflow to reduce bad debt and maintain productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of medical collections experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Proficient in analyzing claims for reimbursement alignment with contractual terms
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change
