Job Summary
As a key strategic contributor, the full-time Associate Director of Medical Information and Communication will lead the end-to-end medical communications for the cancer screening portfolio, ensuring alignment of scientific narratives across various channels in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the medical information inquiry response process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Develop and update medical content, including FAQs, training materials, and publication summaries
- Support the development of medical communication activities and engage cross-functionally to maintain a unified scientific voice
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in Medical Affairs, with 3-5 years in Medical Communications or Information within the medical diagnostic industry
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MS) preferred; Bachelor's degree in a scientific field required
- Proven experience implementing AI tools in content development and exceptional writing skills
- Expert-level proficiency in developing scientific platforms and cross-functional engagement
- Deep understanding of compliance guidelines and the MLR review process
