Job Summary
Managing all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion, the full-time Project Manager will oversee content development, advisory boards, and speaker training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members
- Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of individual projects
- Facilitate progress of multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget performance
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment
- Ability to grasp and retain scientific information and a strong technical aptitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
