Medical Congress Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of key tactics for medical congresses, the full-time remote Medical Congress Manager will manage planning, implementation, and post-congress reconciliation while ensuring alignment across commercial and medical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the model for medical congress selection, prioritization, and execution based on industry research and feedback
• Lead the execution of Level 1 congress planning and logistics, including vendor management and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on congress objectives and facilitate communication between commercial and medical units

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred
• Experience in congress planning, logistics, and execution within the Pharma/Biotech sector
• Demonstrated expertise in project development and execution with cross-functional partners
• Experience in measurement and reporting of medical affairs activities preferred
• Scientific training (PharmD, PhD, or MD) is optional
