Job Summary
Supporting patient inquiries and care coordination, the full-time Medical Contact Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients with their medical needs

- Document interactions and maintain accurate patient records

- Experience in a medical or healthcare contact center environment
