Medical Content Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a leading global animal health company, the part-time Medical Content Project Coordinator will manage the end-to-end Content Review Committee (CRC) process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals of medical materials while working on a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical content review and approval in Content Central Vault, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to address comments and outstanding tasks
• Track projects in Asana and maintain document repositories in SharePoint/Teams

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with Veeva Vault, including reference linking and anchoring
• Familiarity with CRC process reviews, including live sessions
• Strong process management skills; detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with Asana and Microsoft SharePoint/Teams
• Not entry-level, but extensive senior experience not required
