Medical Contracting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the contracting needs across all ACG Individual Medical business units, the full-time Medical Contracting Manager will oversee onboarding, agency lifecycle management, and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the timely onboarding and enablement of contracts for downline agencies
• Integrate multiple contracting teams and define shared and unique processes across entities
• Develop and lead contracting training initiatives while managing contracting compliance and quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of managerial experience
• Three or more years of experience in insurance operations
• Deep working knowledge of insurance services industries and ACA/Medicare products
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite and MS Outlook
