Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1 (Medical Self Pay).

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers through inbound and outbound calls while reviewing account history
  • Maintain a 96% quality score through superior customer service and accurate documentation of encounters
  • Execute follow-up procedures for third-party approvals, billing, and collection of overdue accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or a healthcare certification or degree
  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume call role or successful completion of relevant training
  • Experience accessing multiple databases simultaneously or managing multiple open screens
  • Must be available for an 8-hour work shift between 8:30 AM ET and 7 PM ET
