Medical Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities regarding medical bills
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient account balances and payment plans
• Document interactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Required internet speed of 30MB download and 10MB upload
• Access to a secure and private workspace for handling sensitive information
