Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote) in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities regarding medical bills
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to outstanding patient balances
  • Document all conversations and follow established procedures for resolving patient account issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Required internet speed: download speed of 30MB or higher and upload speed of 10MB or higher
  • Access to a secure and private workspace
