Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities regarding medical bills
  • Make and receive calls to patients about outstanding balances and set up payment plans
  • Document interactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Required internet speed of 30MB download and 10MB upload
  • Access to a secure and private workspace for handling protected health information
