Job Summary

Resolving patient healthcare accounts, the full-time Medical Customer Service Representative will negotiate payment plans through inbound and outbound calls while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers by reviewing account history and utilizing multiple databases
  • Maintain a 96% quality score through superior customer service and accurate documentation of interactions
  • Execute follow-up procedures for billing and collection of overdue accounts while adhering to compliance policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or relevant certification/degree
  • Minimum six months of experience in a high-volume call environment
  • Experience managing multiple databases or screens during customer interactions
  • Ability to work second shift between 9:30 AM ET and 6 PM ET
