Resolving patient healthcare accounts, the full-time Medical Customer Service Representative will negotiate payment plans with patients and guarantors while maintaining a 96% quality score, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers through inbound and outbound calls using an auto-dialer
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer encounters to ensure superior customer service
  • Execute follow-up procedures for third-party approvals, billing, and collection of overdue accounts
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or a healthcare certification/degree
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
  • Ability to access multiple databases simultaneously for customer information
  • Demonstrated experience in live documentation of customer interactions
