Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Customer Support professional for a remote position in the EU.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for healthcare providers and manage their inquiries
- Coordinate patient communications and follow-up appointments while maintaining accurate documentation
- Assist in pharmacy operations, including prescription management and ensuring accurate medication records
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent hands-on customer support experience
- Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Ability to work primarily within US Eastern Time hours
- A formal medical or healthcare degree is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience working with patients and/or healthcare providers is preferred
