Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Customer Support professional for a remote position in the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support contact for healthcare providers and manage their inquiries
  • Coordinate patient communications and follow-up appointments while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Assist in pharmacy operations, including prescription management and ensuring accurate medication records
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recent hands-on customer support experience
  • Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work primarily within US Eastern Time hours
  • A formal medical or healthcare degree is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience working with patients and/or healthcare providers is preferred
